This is Mugiya's original soup for hot udon and kake udon.
Dilute with 10 times the amount of hot water before serving.
This is a refreshing udon soup made with bonito stock.
This versatile soup can be used in a variety of dishes, such as soup for hotpot, udon sukiyaki, oden stock, sukiyaki sauce with added sugar, and as a seasoning for classic simmered dishes.
You can also make savory soy sauce flavored fried udon noodles.

Enjoy a variety of udon noodles topped with your favorite toppings, including shrimp tempura, chikuwa tempura, vegetable tempura, grated daikon radish, plum, seaweed, kitsune (fox tail), and meat udon. It pairs well with any topping. One box (20 liters) serves approximately 800-900 people.


Ingredients: Soy sauce, lightly hydrolyzed soybean, sugar, fermented seasoning, salt, kelp extract, dried bonito extract, dried bonito flakes, mackerel, yeast extract, shiitake mushroom extract/seasoning (amino acids, etc.) (contains wheat, soybeans, and mackerel)
