In principle, shipping is included in the price (excluding some single items)

Closed: Thursdays, Sundays, and public holidays

In-stock products will be shipped within 1-3 business days after your order is confirmed. (Items with a specified delivery date will be delivered on the specified date.)

For example, if you place an order after 2:00 PM on Wednesday, your order will be shipped on Friday and delivered on or after Saturday (assuming there are no public holidays).

If any of the following applies to you, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will confirm the details and contact you again regarding returns or exchanges.

If the product you receive is defective or different from what you ordered, we will exchange it or refund you the shipping cost.
