Development story
We introduced a new menu to coincide with the relocation and renovation of Takami Private Dining. We developed an udon menu that suited the restaurant, and after numerous trial runs and tastings, we were able to create an original udon dish that was carefully crafted with attention to detail, including presentation and flavor adjustments.
It is a popular dish not only as a finishing touch to yakiniku, but also as a stand-alone dish.
